Fight Lab at The OC Lab is a high-energy training experience that blends striking fundamentals with conditioning and athletic movement. You’ll build endurance, coordination, confidence, and mental toughness — all in a coached, structured environment.

What Is Fight Lab?


Fight Lab is not a sparring class and not a cardio kickboxing gimmick.

It’s a structured training session focused on movement, striking mechanics, and conditioning.


You’ll train using:

• Boxing and striking fundamentals

• Footwork and coordination drills

• Conditioning circuits

• Controlled combinations and tempo work


Everything is coached. Everything has intent.
