Bodybuilding Bootcamp at The OC Lab is a coach-led strength training program designed to build muscle, improve movement, and create long-term results. Every session follows intentional programming that prioritizes form, progression, and effort.
What Is Bodybuilding Bootcamp?
Bodybuilding Bootcamp is not open gym and not random workouts.
It’s a structured strength-training class built around proven training principles.
Each session focuses on:
• Specific muscle groups
• Compound and accessory lifts
• Progressive overload
• Proper execution and tempo
Every session has a reason.
How It’s Structured
Bodybuilding Bootcamp follows a planned split so your body can train hard, recover properly, and progress consistently.
You’ll rotate through:
• Upper & lower body days
• Push, pull, and leg-focused sessions
• Strength-based and hypertrophy-based work
This structure allows members to train multiple times per week while continuing to see results.
