Booty Lab at The OC Lab is a lower-body focused training experience designed to build strong, sculpted glutes while improving balance, posture, and overall strength. Every session is intentional, coached, and results-driven.

What Is Booty Lab?


Booty Lab is not a “booty band burnout class.”

It’s a strategic glute-dominant training session built around:

• Progressive overload

• Proper movement mechanics

• Targeted muscle activation

• Strength + shape + function


This class is for anyone serious about real lower-body development — not gimmicks.
