Booty Lab at The OC Lab is a lower-body focused training experience designed to build strong, sculpted glutes while improving balance, posture, and overall strength. Every session is intentional, coached, and results-driven.
What Is Booty Lab?
Booty Lab is not a “booty band burnout class.”
It’s a strategic glute-dominant training session built around:

Class Times
Wednesdays
4:15pm & 5:30pm
Limited weekly sessions to maintain coaching quality.
Booty Lab focuses on the muscles most people struggle to grow — glutes, hamstrings, and hips — using programming that actually works.
You’ll train through:
• Hip thrusts & glute bridges
• Squats & split squats
• Deadlift variations
• Cable, band, and unilateral work
